Terms of Service

By accessing www.outlrn.com or using the OUTLRN app, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree to these terms, please don't use the product.

OUTLRN is a JEE Main & Advanced preparation platform built around Error-Driven Learning: you log mistakes, upload mock test scorecards, and OUTLRN classifies the error, drills the underlying concept, and re-tests you until the chapter is strong. Some features are free; we may introduce paid plans in the future, in which case those terms will be presented separately.

OUTLRN is intended for JEE aspirants and is generally used by students under 18, typically with a parent or guardian's awareness. If you create an account, you're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

When using OUTLRN, you agree not to:

• Use the service for anything unlawful, or to violate any applicable regulation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the app, website, or underlying systems.
• Upload content you don't have the right to share, or content that's abusive, misleading, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

You retain ownership of the mistakes, scorecards and other content you upload to OUTLRN. By uploading it, you give us a limited licence to store, process and use that content to operate and improve the product — for example, to generate a parallel question from a mistake you logged. We don't claim ownership of your content and won't sell it.

The OUTLRN name, logo, app, website, and underlying software are our property or licensed to us, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to use our branding or code outside of using the product as intended.

OUTLRN is a study aid, not a guarantee of exam results. Explanations, generated questions, and chapter classifications are provided to support your preparation, but we don't guarantee a specific score, rank, or outcome in JEE Main or Advanced. Always cross-check critical concepts against your official study material.

This website and app may link to third-party services (for example, app stores or social platforms). We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content or practices — check their own terms and privacy policies before using them.

OUTLRN is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OUTLRN and its team aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including exam outcomes.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service for accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using OUTLRN and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the app or website. Continuing to use OUTLRN after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
